Lectures and the General Assembly of PTA Members will be held at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Gagarina str. 13a.
Participants of the XLI PTA Meeting can take part in the ceremonial opening and closing of the Toruń part of the World Copernican Congress, which will be held at the Jordanki Cultural and Congress Centre, Al. Solidarności 1-3 in Toruń.
In addition, after the General Assembly of PTA Members, there is an opportunity to participate in a piano recital by the winner of the 12th International I.J. Paderewski Competition in the Hall of the Nicolaus Copernicus University (Gagarina str. 11).

1. Hotel Filmar
The price for bed and breakfast is 320 PLN/night per person (single or double room for individual use). The price includes breakfast in the form of a Swedish buffet, free use of the sauna, jacuzzi and fitness room. Three studio rooms are booked (large bed + 2 separate beds). The price for bed and breakfast is for 1 person: PLN 333/day, for 2 people: PLN 405/day, for 3 people: PLN 540/day.

Single or double rooms for single use are available. Price for a single room with breakfast – PLN 220/day, and for a double room with breakfast – PLN 280/day.

4. Hotel B&B
There are 20 rooms available at the price of PLN 220/day (single room) or PLN 230/day (double room). Breakfasts are payable additionally PLN 45 per person, while the hotel car park – PLN 35 per day (reservation required).

6. Student Houses of NCU
For students, PhD students and other willing, we also offer accommodation in the NCU dormitories – Student House No. 10 and 11, very close to the venue of the PTA Meeting. Double rooms are available for PLN 50 per night, or single rooms for PLN 60 per night. To make a reservation, please send an e-mail to skk@umk.pl with the password „Zjazd PTA” in the text. Reservations on these terms can be made until August 31, 2023.
