Registration of participants

Registration of participants will be open every day, from 11 to 15 September, starting from 8:00 AM.

Information for speakers

The Scientific Organizing Committee has prepared a detailed program of the PTA Meeting, which (after changes) is available at The speakers whose oral presentations have been accepted are asked to check the title of their presentation in the program.

The language in which the title is given determines the language of the entire contribution, so if anyone would like to change it, please send an e-mail to Most of the presentations will be in English. The opening ceremony, award ceremony and historical session (Monday, September 11) will be conducted in Polish with simultaneous translation into English.

All speakers should deliver their presentations at least one day before their session (until 12:00 PM) directly to the laptop available in the lecture hall on a USB pendrive or by uploading the presentation to a dedicated Google drive via the website: https://www. Finally, the presentation can be sent by e-mail to Acceptable file formats are PDF or the latest PowerPoint (PPT). For your convenience, we kindly ask you to provide a file named „DD-MM-NameSurname.pdf”, where „DD-MM” is the date (day and month) when the contribution is scheduled, and „NameSurname” is the name of the speaker.


All submitted posters have been accepted and their titles have been published on the website. Due to the large number of interesting submissions and the limited duration of the Meeting, most of the oral presentations could not be included in the agenda. All participants whose oral presentations have not been accepted may prepare the poster with the same title. The organizers provide double-sided boards on which you can put your poster – just bring it and hang it. The maximum poster size is A0 (841 x 1189 mm; portrait orientation preferred). The organizers provide appropriate poster stickers to hang your poster. Please do not use other methods, as it may damage the boards. The final list of posters will be updated on the website during the Meeting. The organizers have provided prizes for the most interesting poster!

Lunches and coffee breaks

The organizers provide meals in the form of coffee and lunch breaks throughout the Meeting.

Electrical sockets

The lecture room has several power sockets on the walls around to recharge mobile phones and laptops. However, for security reasons, we are unable to provide electricity to all laptops during lecture sessions.

Application with the program of the XLI PTA Meeting
