38th Polish Astronomical Society Assembly
11th to 14th September 2017, Zielona Góra, Poland
Conference venue
The conference will take place in the building of the Centrum Nauki Keplera - Planetarium Wenus (ul. gen. W. Sikorskiego 10, Zielona Góra, Poland; see map).
Transportation & currency
The easiest way to get to the city center is to take a taxi in the airport (no need to book them in advance).
The taxi to the city center costs about 30-40 PLN (10 euro). It's however important to have some
local currency (1 euro approx 4 Polish zloty (PLN)), since the driver may not accept euros in cash or credit cards.
In general, it's best to use local ATM machines instead of currency exchange points in the airport
(called "Kantor").
Hotels
